The first Points Gala for this season will be held on Monday, 7 November at 6.00pm & 7.00pm.

This is open to all our swimmers and we especially like to encourage the youngest of our members to join in.

Check the notice board for competition rules & the session time you should attend.

Prospective members are to have gained their Gold swimming award and be able to swim at least 3 strokes competently.

Below are the times for trainig sessions on a Monday night

 6.00pm - 7.00 pm  - Transition Swimmers

 6.45pm - 7.45 pm - 10 & Under squad

 7.30pm - 8.30 pm - 12 & under squad

 8.15pm - 9.15 pm - 13 & over squad.

 ** Wednesday sessions remain unchanged **

If your child is not able to attend sessions for a substantial period of time because of illness or injury, please let us know and we'll look into a refund of your fees. Also, if you are finding it difficult to meet payments, let us know and we'll find a way forward for you.

We will still hold sessions every Wednesday evening (6pm-7pm, 7pm-8pm & 8pm-9pm) throughout the summer holidays.
 
Just come along on a Wednesday at the session time that suits you best - even if you usually attend on Monday 6pm-7pm! If you have any queries, please contact a committee member.

Would you like to be an ASA Level 1 qualified swimming coach?

We'd like to give Tony and Dee more support poolside during training sessions and we intend to apply for funding to train volunteers appropriately.

This offer is open to anyone aged over 16 years who has an interest in the Club and we'd particularly welcome applications from Mums and Dads - this is your opportunity to get involved and make a real difference to our Club!

NB If you recently completed your Honours Badge with Tony on a Saturday morning, then please attend on Wednesdays 6pm-7pm - first session, 15 April.

SQUAD SESSIONS
Remain the same (i.e. Monday 7pm-8pm & 8pm-9pm).
For Squad members only.

When Saddleworth Pool closes between 6 March and 14 April for completion of the refurbishment, we've arranged for training sessions to continue at BREEZE HILL pool again. It is important that you keep up your training and fitness levels during this period of closure - especially all our Squad members! So, do try to attend at least one session a week as follows:

If you currently attend on Thursdays, 6pm - 7pm your sessions will be on:
a.. Wednesdays, 6pm - 7pm (11 March, 18 March, 25 March, 1 April & 8 April)

At this years Oldham Sports Awards 2008, I'm delighted to tell you that SASC members did extremely well with 2 winners and a highly commended runner up!

Our congratulations to:
